For what purposes and on what basis do we process your personal data?
To provide services in accordance with its business profile, Migrant Vision processes your personal data for various purposes, but always in compliance with the law. The detailed purposes of processing personal data and legal bases are provided below.
1) To determine the price of the product after requesting quotes (including registration and distributor account login), we may process personal data such as:
⦁ name and surname,
⦁ company information, including NIP number,
⦁ email,
⦁ address,
⦁ contact phone number.
The legal basis for this data processing is Art. 6, section 1(b) of the GDPR, which allows the processing of personal data when necessary to take steps to enter into a contract.
2) To measure customer satisfaction, improve, and modify our products, we process personal data such as:
⦁ name and surname,
⦁ IP address,
⦁ email.
The legal basis for this data processing is Art. 6, section 1(f) of the GDPR, which allows the processing of personal data when it serves the legitimate interests of the administrator (in this case, Migrant Vision’s interest is to gather customer feedback on products and service levels to adapt them to the needs and expectations of stakeholders).
3) To create registers and records related to GDPR, including, for example, the register of customers who have raised objections in accordance with GDPR, we process personal data such as:
⦁ name and surname,
⦁ email.
GDPR provisions impose certain documentation requirements on us to demonstrate compliance and accountability. For instance, if you object to the processing of your personal data for marketing purposes, we must know who should not use direct marketing.
The legal basis for such data processing is Art. 6, section 1(c) of the GDPR, which allows the processing of personal data if it’s necessary for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligations (provisions contained in the GDPR) and Art. 6, section 1(f) of the GDPR, which permits the processing of personal data when the data controller pursues its legitimate interest (in this case, Migrant Vision’s interest is to gain knowledge about individuals exercising their rights under the GDPR).
4) For analytical purposes, such as researching and analyzing activity on Migrant Vision’s website, we process personal data such as:

⦁ operating system type,
⦁ approximate location,
⦁ web browser type used to view the website,
⦁ time spent on the site,
⦁ IP address.
The legal basis for this data processing is Art. 6, section 1(f) of the GDPR, which allows the processing of personal data when the data controller pursues its legitimate interest (in this case, Migrant Vision’s interest is to learn about customer activity on the website).
5) For the use of cookies on the website, we process text information (cookies will be described in a separate section).
The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6, section 1 of the GDPR, which allows the processing of personal data based on voluntarily provided consent (you are asked for your consent to use cookies when you first visit the website).
6) For the purpose of website administration, we process personal data such as:
⦁ IP address,
⦁ server date and time,
⦁ information about your web browser,
⦁ information about the operating system – these data are automatically stored in server logs each time you use Migrant Vision’s websites.
It would be impossible to administer the website without the use of a server and this automatic record.
The legal basis for this data processing is Art. 6, section 1(f) of the GDPR, which allows the processing of personal data when the data controller pursues its legitimate interest (in this case, Migrant Vision’s interest is the administration of the website).
How long are your personal data processed?
Your personal data is processed in connection with:
– evaluating the product after requesting quotes – until the contract is concluded and implemented,
– customer satisfaction research, product improvement, and modification – for the creation of our internal summaries, analysis and statistics,
– creating registers and records related to the GDPR – until the data controller fulfills their legal obligations,
– analytical purposes – for the duration of the legally justified interest pursued by Migrant Vision, but no longer than the statute of limitations against the data subject,
– using cookies on the website – until the data subject withdraws their consent,
– website administration – data is automatically stored in so-called server logs each time you use the website www.migrvision.com.
Who has access to your personal data?
We may disclose your personal data to the following organizations:
– employees – to provide services,
– IT and logistics companies or those who support them – to provide services.
What rights do you have regarding the processing of personal data?
Regarding the processing of personal data, you have the right to:
– access the content of your data and receive a copy (Art. 15 of the GDPR),
– rectify/correct your data (Art. 16 of the GDPR),
– erase data (Art. 17 of the GDPR),
